I would give this company a 0 if it was available. We just took delivery of a freezer that was due 21 days ago. We were told that the freezer unit would be delivered in 7 days. The first week it was delayed because Steve was supposedly in Hawaii on vacation and didn't know what was going on. (This is during a covid lock down of Hawaii, meaning that they had to shelter in place for a minimum of 14 days before you could go anywhere in Hawaii. Obviously this was a lie. One does not go to Hawaii during a lockdown to spend it in a hotel room.) Then the second week a gasket was being repaired that he supposedly didn't know about. The third week, he said it was picked up, and we called the shipping company everyday, and it was not picked up until Friday. At last, after a week and two days of shipping we finally got the wrong freezer unit. We got a 3-door unit and the 2 doors that have gaskets that weren't replaced have rotting/molding gaskets on them. It is the wrong color entirely, and now we are getting no response from them. I beg of you, do not buy from this company. They are horrible liars. We are just praying that when we plug in the freezer that it works.
Don’t trust them, I bought one dough mixer from them what I received one different from the one I bought and the one I received has many problems, they do not respect their customers and the communication is very bad. Also, I received the dough mixer after one month just waiting and try to contact them
REL answered the call when my organization needed transportation for doanted goods during the government shutdown! Because of their generosity, affected families in the local area and OBX were supplied with needed food items! The staff members were pleasant and accommodating! Thanks guys!
